What is It?
Through fitness training, strength and conditioning, athletic performance coaching, and integrated performance development, we help individuals build resilience, prevent injuries, and develop the physical capacity needed to reach peak performance potential.
What’s Included?
Our Sports Performance Coaching, powered by Hope Not Nope™, is tailored to each athlete, with a typical progression lasting 8–12+ weeks. Every plan is individualized, but you can expect:
Comprehensive Assessments – Initial evaluation of movement, strength, and performance needs.
Personalized Strength & Conditioning – Training plans designed for your goals, delivered through a secure coaching app with video demonstrations and progress tracking.
Performance-Based Optimization – Athletic performance training and strength and conditioning strategies informed by clinical movement principles to improve resilience, reduce injury risk, and enhance performance capacity
Performance Nutrition Consultation – Guidance on fueling, hydration, and recovery strategies to support training and competition (not medical diet planning).
Ongoing Support – Adjustments to your program and access to expert feedback throughout the process.
Train with precison and frameworks that allow you to reach your true potential.
Who is appropriate for our Sports Performance Coaching Program?
The Hope Not Nope™ Sports Performance coaching program is designed for athletes and high performers who are ready to commit to meaningful progress. To participate, you should:
Have a specific athletic or performance goal you’re working toward.
Be willing to commit time and effort to training and recovery in order to achieve results.
Have reliable internet access to use our secure app and join video calls with our performance team.
Be 18 years or older. (Athletes under 18 may participate with written parental or guardian consent.)
Medically cleared to take part in exercise and training programs.
